Southchurch - Shaftesbury Avenue

We were invited initially to carry out a tiny refurbishment for this lovely couple, once inside and involved the project escalated when we revealed the huge potential of the property if the budget was increased.

We uncovered all sorts of damp issues and had to deal with the insurers and their loss adjusters.

The end result is a fantastic room with an additional shower room for the house guests, and a lovely south facing conservatory which is now enjoyed all year round.
